Your Optimum Health Massage will take place at my studio in the Hayes Valley neighborhood of San Francisco.
The cost per session at my studio is:
$40 for 30 minutes
$75 for 60 minutes
$100 for 90 minutes
Outcalls are available for an additional cost
Sessions are available:
Mondays-Fridays after 6:00 p.m.
All day Saturdays and Sundays
Optimum Health Massage
Each Optimum Health Massage session will be tailored to your needs.
Whether your goal is increased relaxation, stress relief, pain reduction, or increased range of motion, a combination of modalities will be used to meet that goal.
Most sessions will include some or all of the following modalities: Lymphatic Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Vibrational Healing Massage Therapy, Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reflexology (foot, hand, and ear).
I use an organic, vegan unscented massage cream by SacredEarth Botanicals in a heated room on a heated professional massage table by Pisces Productions on comfortable flannel sheets. Music and aromatherapy will be customized to your preferences.
